Meeting Japanses In Paris

Let's quiclky introduce myself;

I am french who's living in Paris's suburb, I am 20 years old. I am trying to learn japanese by my own means for more than 1 year.

As everyone knows here, to learn a language, you have to practice; this is the real way to get a good, fast and efficient result. Therefore, I am determined to find a japanese guy or girl (well I prefer girls, but it's not what I am looking for here ) who will be able to spend few hours with me hanging out around a thé, a coffee (or a beer, not before 19:00 am !)

I could teach a little bit more about french and french way of life.

If you are not in Paris but in Japan, it could be an great idea to establish a link or a relationship, to exchange , to visit me in Paris, to hoist me in Japan.
It's a very direct proposal but I would like something really "serious" here.
