Just curious because a few of my friends and I are going to San Diego for it. Would love to meet some JF members

I went to Comic-Con in 2004, and back then it wasn't so popular. This last time around I actually happened to live a couple blocks away from the Convention Center and thought I could just waltz in again, NOPE!!! That thing has gone nuts! It's so much more than a Comic-Con now, more like a complete media Convention, movies, TV, everything. I couldn't even get a ticket. I have friends who conditionally will only return to California for Comic-Con. But I'm too poor now. I won't be going any time soon.

I lived in San Diego for most of my life and never went. I've never been into comic books and didn't get into anime until I moved to Florida. Next year I'm going to be in San Diego mid-August for my sister's wedding so I'm probably going this year too.
Dark eyes--shiny teeth--some have fins Samurai they smile never Serious--pretty swords--very clever
