Wink Black or Brown? - 05-08-2009, 02:38 PM

Have you noticed how difficult it is to see people in Japan with their natural black hair? (except elementary students)

I love the look of the all natural Japanese girl with long silky and shiny natural black hair. It's just so sexy for me

Guys, they can do what they want

Why do so many Japanese girls make it a MUST do to die their hair brown?

I would really love to hear some opinions form you gourgeous JP girls out their, although all chip in and please keep it clean

Cheers - Oz

That definitely did not do anything for me whilst in Japan..

I had a female student, this is around 2004 and she used to come will full clown like make-up, a skirt that looked like a pair of knicker's, (fully exposed) boots up to her neck, and that dreaded blonde hair.

I'm sorry, it just looked totally out of place!

Black, definitely.

There's this girl that I'm at college with, and I'm friends with her. Her hair is long, with loose waves. And it's black. It's the most amazing hair I've seen so far.

Not to mention, she's stunning herself. We're friends, but everytime I see her I go speechless because she has that beauty around her.

A couple years ago black hair was back in style...it seems to be a winter look. I bet if I loved in a society where everyone had the same hair color I would be tempted to dye my hair, too.

In all honesty, it depends on the girl. Some really can pull off the brown and the blonde look. The brown is a lot easy to pull off. But I'm old fashioned and love the long black hair also.

I agree, black is actually seen as old fashioned and I've noticed its easier to be creative fashion-wise when wearing a brown hair.
