My name is Kobo Toshi.
私の名前は工房トシです。
Watashi no namae ha Koubou Toshi desu.

In America, I believe my name would be Toshi Kobo?
アメリカでは、私は自分の名敏工房だと思う？
Amerika deha, Watashi ha jibun no mei Toshi Koubou dato omou?

I have been away from this Forum for a while. I've been mostly spending time on a BBS. But, I wish to remain active on here.

I hope there will be any japanese course in my town what would make me try ^.^

Why is your Japanese so incorrect and unnatural? Looks more like the product of online translations. I don' think you're Japanese at all.
