So is this true? - 06-21-2009, 01:52 AM

I have recently heard that japanese women arent really into black guys, Um.... If this is true, thats not good news for me. But I need to know for sure.

That's... a pretty big stereotype. If you're black and want to marry a Japanese woman, hopefully she'll fall for you because she loves you as a human being - just as hopefully you'll love with her as a human being, and not just her ethnicity.

Yes, mostly it is true. And Japanese men dislike darker skinned women. There was another thread about this.

This is a trend that is slowly dieing out in Japan, however. If you're young, and you go to certain types of social events, you should be able to meet a girl if you're okay looking.
