Toxic Junction is a website full of the most gory, ridiculous clips on the internet. Including be-headings, suicides, train wrecks, and other "hot" entertainment
And it also says Japan Forum is an advertiser-- with the logo, etc. It's weird that a forum with such strict rules would sponsor the very subjects they ban people from talking about. Food for thought ;-) Toxic Junction Entertainment - Extreme Videos, Shocking Videos

They didn't like it when that one guy put up the photos of the Japanese soldiers killing Chinese, did they? I bet they don't know about this is my guess.

From what I understand, to get more hits this site is a "sponsor" and advertises on a ton of random sites hosted by the same company.
That is just one of them.
