Thats probably a good idea you want to eat better like more carbohydrates for energy and they feed your brain.

Not really, the more carbs and energy I have at this point the harder it's going to be for me to fall asleep, which isn't good.

That probably sounds like a good move...thought the idea of waking up three times while it is dark out is daunting to me.

It's just that when it's dark you are more prone to tiredness, so it would seem logical to have the nap then instead of during the light hours. I've been sleeping in my clothes and with the light on to help make sure I don't oversleep.
