I like really big, brown eyes. I've always liked darker eyes because they really contrast my very blue eyes.

don' tknow about size of eyes it has never occurred to me. So long as one is fortunate enough to SEE!

I don' t like shifty eyes, I very much like black eyes but mostly its the expression behind the eyes that matters to me.

I honestly prefer my own eyes to anyone elses: big and icy, light blue (or intense blue, depending on the lighting). One of my more favorite features.

As for the opposite sex, it doesn't matter to me as long as the rest of their face pulls it off well. My boyfriend seems to pull off smaller eyes pretty well though.

really it is fascinating how we inherit our eyes from our ancestors.

The more diversion and various cultures or nationalities in ones background the more chance of inheriting possibly unusual eye colouring. My own eyes are hazel but as I do not know my own background I don't know how I inherited them. My grandchildren are a mixture and have both dark brown and blue eyes with hair colour to match. None have hazel eyes. When my daughter was at school her friends called her JAP eye she has lovely eyes but I don't know where she inherited them from.

I suppose from the saxons we inherit the blonde hair and blue eyes. Many Asians have black eyes I think but if they are of mixed race then perhaps one could have blue eyes but with dark hair?

Of course if this thread is really about ANIME then I am talking nonsense, but they say the soul is in our eyes-- I love very dark eyes--but some its great that there is such variety in our nations. Mixed marriages often produce beautiful children with gorgeous eyes.

Its a fascinating subject actually but most precious because without our eyesight we are blind so the colour or size would be immaterial.

Especially for me.... 'cause I'm addicted to eyes.
It's a bit bothersome for other people, because I usually watch other people's eyes anytime and everytime.

Eyes' shape and colour are so beautiful and fantastic colours.
I can't decide, which colour is my favourite, all of them are fantastic and strange and interesting somehow.
I love my eyes colour because it changes its colour all the time. From the time I was little while I grew up it became brigther and brigther. I mean the colour. When I was little I had black eyes, after that in the kindergarten I had dark brown, in elementary school was light brown and from the high school its change all the time.
Most of the time nowadays my eyes colour is olive-green with more or less light brown in it.
I really love ayumiyuu's eyes, 'cause there is so much yellow colour in her eyes, I love it.

If we see the shape, I addicted to Asian eyes.
I'm really in love with Asian eyes shape, they're so beautiful and so varied.
My faves are Korean and Japanese eyes shape *_______________*
