Yes especially Japanese workers it's professionals of the your business! And Japan near to Russia - it's not necessary to go to Africa .

And to be afraid of a cold and bears - it's not necessary, these are all fairy tales and fantasy!

Well most important thing that Medvedev will help Japanese workers, there will arrive Japanese workers or won't arrive - are already their voluntary choice.

I think, will agree if strong radiation.

These are all noble gestures by political leaders so thanks to Medvedev. However I doubt that many Japanese would follow up on such offers. Unless of course the radiation cannot be helped without Russia's aid. But Im sure Japan is well capable of handling this, though coupled with the support from the world community. I find it amazing how many rescue workers from all over the world came to Japan almost immediately. Im just wondering how much this will be effected by the Libya crisis...looks like Japan is already getting off the radar of some western media in favor of what is happening there. Ugh.

I think Medvedev should offer specialists from RosAtom state agency to help japanese rescuers at Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear processing plant. It would be real help.
