Praying Mantis - 09-14-2011, 09:40 AM

Today afternoon, there was a huge Praying Mantis warming itself up on the window pane. I took few shots of it. It is a very peculiar animal, it was watching me the whole time. You can see how its eyes turn all the way around to the back of the head, only to stay alert.

Indeed, and it's a bloody shame that us humans do anything possible to destroy it.
