im sorry i didnt know this was a film...
i heard a song in the radio called mad world by gary jules and michael andrew, and few years later i found out that the song originally comes from Donnie Darko, so i thought it was a singer. So in reality its a song played in the film, right? japanese... the language i want to speak japanese... the people i want to belong to japan... the country i love  want to make friends abroad, maybe to learn some languages... add me on msn jp.fan@hotmail.de

Mad World is a song by Tears for Fears, awesome '80s band. It just got more popular from being in the film.
It was an ok movie, just overhyped in my opinion. Oh! I wish I was in the land of Ramen Otaku there are not downtrodden Kawaii! Kawaii! Kawaii, Desu Ne! MAXIMUM VIPER Defender of the Scholar, Scourge of the Otaku, Savior of Japan

A Donnie Darko thread?! How could I have missed this?!
Anyways, great movie. I seen s.Darko....it was a Failure. Greatly Disappointed.  AND I definitely beg to differ, the soundtrack for the movie was a great fit.

Creepy??? are you guys serious
 , I didn't find anything creepy about the film. It was kind of too "Highschool" for me =/. "Eh same ol same ol" is all I could say about it.
