The best way is to start from day one! The methods you choose depends on a few factors: the goal you want to achieve, the method, the time you have at our disposal and the level of motivation and grit you have.

I think courses in one of the most popular and effective way to learn language nowadays. I can share this website https://linguatrip.com/en/ here you can get widest selection of schools, compared to traditional study-abroad agents. Also there is a variant to study by skype..

I've noticed a pretty big difference between students who make a daily habit of using English for just a few minutes every day and those who only use it once a week during their lesson.

So, talk to yourself each day in English!
I do that for Japanese too, each day I talk to myself in Japanese.
I say what I am doing, what I want to do, why, when, and so on.
A lot of the time I am not sure how to say it, so I make a note of it and ask someone later.
