There are quite a few of this restaurants in the Kobe Harbour Area around that huge shoppingcenter. They run around 2700yen for 90 minutes. And i remember there was all you can eat pizza and pasta in Namba for 1000yen when i was there (last May).

There are 2 great restaurants there, Sabbath Brazilian BBQ, and I think it was called "Fisherman's Viking". Anyway, great food at good prices. Shakey's pizza moved north of Shinsaibashi.
