What do you mean by "tea"? And there are literally thousands of restaurants in Tokyo...what are you looking to eat?

Maybe the traditional Chaya or Izakaya?????

There is an Edo museum that I think you may be interested in. Take a day trip to Yokohama, there is a Ramen museum there that is also interesting you can do a bit of sightseeing and some night viewing at the landmark tower, there is also China town which I find WAY more elaborate than China town in Toronto or New York...
