Things to do in Japan Summer May-June 2010 - 12-13-2009, 06:23 PM

I'm hoping to go abroad next summer with a group of 10 from my school. We're going to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Nara for sure. Any suggestions on things we should see? Any festivals going on at this time?

We're planning to go late May and stay till the middle of June. About 3 weeks.

Also, what are some good places to eat? Places to shop?

Thanks!

Kawagoe castle, Tokinokane, Nagasaki, Osaka, Hiroshima are favorite places in Japan except Tokyo, Kyoto Nara. Of course you are going at the time of Japanese festival; especially Matsuri is a famous festival in Japan. Travel trip during school days are most enjoyable and unforgettable moments in everyone’s life.
