Which Month is the BEST for Travelling in Japan?

I have planned to travel in Japan around 7-10 days this year. Can you suggest which month is the best time in Japan and where is place should be visited?

i say do during nov. or dec becuase thats wen alot of the festivals start and ive been to alot of them and they are so much fun...

but usually in june for me though...
june is fun too because there are fun things to do then like concerts and stuff like that
