Fun and Inexpensive

Hi, I've never been to Japan before but I'm coming for four days and three nights to Tokyo soon and I was wondering if anybody could suggest somewhere to stay. I'm looking for something as inexpensive as possible in an area where I can go out and have fun at night. I don't mind shared bathrooms, and I have no problem sleeping on a mat at night. I would, though, like my own room and I'd like it to be safe enough to keep my belongings in (I'll have my video equipment with me).

Um not sure where you are going but you can try a capsule hotel, its cheap not sure about security though. Depends where in japan you are staying. Good luck

Japan isnt the cheapest of places, sorry to say. I spend over $3000 in the space of 18 days. hehe worse than vegas ne?

well being that martin will be in tokyo for only 4 days there isn't really much to do. it's such a short span of time, i'm sure that you won't blow all of your money.
