I think of the intenseness that is Tokyo (prob. because that's the only place I've been to in Japan). Also izakayas, politeness as godwine said, well-dressed females and technology.

When I think of Japan, for some odd reason, I think of the countryside.

i see myself 2 years in the future studying abroad in tokyo and hanging out with my old host family and friends from japan ^^

I image Tokyo, a steaming bowl of curry ramen while being in a lifely restaurant, anime billboard adds, beautiful Japanese girls with cool phones, an awesome night life, and happiness. Chessey I know but I don't care. :vsign:

Whenever I think of japan I think of maid cafe's , Anime , cherry blossoms, temples and shrines , Rice and Curry , Sushi , chop sticks , and the sexy japanese... ;P
|
the first image i get is the old forest and cemetery of Oku-no-in
edit: thats on mount koya by the way |
I see Tokyo at night ^_^
and temples.. |
I see me having a job in Okinawa, sitting at my new desk, pictures of my wife and kids on the desk, listening to music as I work, driving home in my K-car and arriving at my 4 bedroom house, and saying Tadima![spell?]
Or, the beach, anytime I think of the beach its on Okinawa, or Miyako-jima where there are NO SOUNDS but the ocean. I'd want to die in my sleep with sand between my ties and the sound of the waves. Hewa! :vsign: |
I see Tokyo when someone mentions Japan...I think it's because it was like the first image I ever saw of the country years ago so it kind of stuck in my mind :)
