Help with signature
 

I would like to know anything about this painting, the artist name, year, location, value? Thanks for any info, anyone can give me.

國分（kokubun) is probably the signature of the painter.
It is probably his/her family name.

I found a female Japanese painter "國分敬子:Kokubun Keiko".

I dont think that my painting is from her, I am thinking this painting is from the late 1800's or early 1900's going by the boots and the dress, leaning more towards the early 1900's
