I'm one of those who live here, and I've got lots of pics. This one is from the big hanabi festival at Asakusa (location of the Sensoji temple in Tokyo). A million or so people showed up. Most people were dressed in Yukata (as I was).

In Omotesando hills, near Harajuku, and it wasn't even Sunday.

Not exactly "street" fashion, but if you spend enough time walking on Tokyo's streets, you'll come across scenes like this one.
