It looks weird to me since they look like they're 14 and are wearing/posing in stuff that seems almost illegal XD

I'm not into kawaii style, I'm more into normal outfits and punk/rock.
But my good friend is into "decora" I think it is very cute but usually people hate these kinda teens(most of peoples in Finland). I think it's none of others business how do they dress.
