id recommend growing your hair on the sides a bit. but otherwise its cute.

Honestly, I like how your hair is right now but if you want to change it , try looking through some of htese. They are Japanese cuts from several Japanese hairsalons Cyoki Hair

kinda like just a little longer at the back and the sides but still keep it short round the ears.
