Cheese Lemon Custard Chiffon Pie

Back in January, I watched an episode of Minami-ke were the making (and of course eating) of a Cheese Lemon Custard Chiffon Pie (チーズレモンカスタードシフォンパイ) is discussed. I did searches to try to find a recipe (and I even linked to some Japanese sites that talk about this desert without it being attached to the anime).

So, this is a huge long shot to be sure, but would any of you happen to know of a recipe for this desert?
