It varies with my mood, but on workdays I start with Bigelow's Raspberry Royale (black with flavouring), switch to barley tea around midday and continue with that.

When I am relaxing or being indulgent its usually a green tea. Most often Pouchong (aka Jasmine if the flower is included with the tea leaves) because its cheaper than my favorite, which is a small greeen tea ball from orchids. If I drank that as often as I would like to there would be no money for food or transportation - maybe not even the rent.

The only kind of tea I really can't stand is Rooibos...

Lately I like to drink a lot of green tea ~ fav would be Japanes Sencha tea.
If I have to get up early in the morning or stay awake until late in the morning I prefer a good black tea, in the morning also with some milk (but doen't taste good with any black tea)

Some tea with a quite interessting flavour I once tried was a kind of inca inspired tea flavoured with coca...

And I also love very much turkish apple tea (but not found a way to purchase it here....)

And in summer of course it's just nice to get some fresh herbs from the garden to make some tea out of it (like Nettle [with some lemon xD], Peppermint or Lemon balm...)

But not milk in Earl Grey, I hope?

I almost always drink green tea of some sort. Usually sencha.

You remind me of my mom. But then sencha and houji-cha actually smell more savory than the 'reular' green tea.

I don't have much of sweet tooth. I also often drink genmaicha, cold with ice. I love that stuff.

I'm English. This means I drink tea. Copius amounts of the stuff too. Just wish I could have it hooked up to my veins at times...

For tea in general, I drink whatever and buy whatever. Don't have a fav, I drink any kind. All I really drink is either tea or water.

Recipes:

Extracts (any kind. I suggest almond or vanilla. Yum!)

I heard liquid syrups. I am talking about the kind you pour in your coffee for that extra tinge to it. Put very little in! Some drops. Like 4. You might get sick if you put it too much.

A strange one that I heard from a aunt is to put a dash of ground cinnamon in it....IDK though, don't really want to try it...I don't know if you can do it cuz it might taste....gritty?

Also, as mentioned, you can get water and soak in peppermint leaves, St. John Wort's, lemon leaves, etc.

For chai tea: My friend told me that in a old cookbook she found, if you have only chai tea in the teabag and don't won't it hot you:
Let it cool down for a minute
Add milk to it and nothing else (yet) Also no limit to how much milk u put in
Add ice cubes
Put in fridge for a couple minutes

Once you take it out, it should be cool enough to drink. The recipe said also if you want it more sweet, to add sweetner.
