what type of cabbage would be ideal for yaki udon?

i be hungry for some stir-fry. :0

Next time please title your thread something like "cabbage for yaki-udon". You'll get a better response and if everyone who had a question titled their thread "a question" we would be lost.

I would say the cheapest regular kind. It turns pretty sweet when heated.
