Japanese Cuisine In America - 06-29-2010, 02:53 PM

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good schools that teach Japanese cuisine in America?
Please link me to websites of schools if you find any

You would probably have to learn culinary, and then travel to Japan to learn. Even if there were a school that could teach it, there wouldn't be any better source than the country itself.
