Rice-vinegar and sugar I guess. If you mix Rice-vinegar and sugar and then mix it with the rice it gets sticky and the rice should keep the together, tell me if I'm wrong.

I didn't ask if you clicked it. I asked if you read it.

My interest is waning.

I read it before I started the thread, that's why I am asking is there any flavor beside using salt water. I am getting tired of salty taste, I heard that there were lots of different flavors of onigiri.

The rice is almost always flavored with salt. But you usually don`t JUST eat rice. The different flavors you`re likely thinking of are the fillings.

Yes, there are different "flavors" of rice, but it isn`t a matter of mixing something into the rice before you ball it up - it`s how you cook the rice in the first place. Say, takikomi.

If you`re tired of salty flavor, maybe you should try something other than onigiri. There are countless other ways to eat rice. Or maybe you`re using too much salt?

If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.

It does taste good, it's my main snack food now since it's so simple and easy to make. And, imagine this, it isn't packed full of the ickyness that resides in my Cheetohs bag

No. I never said that.
Reread what I wrote. I said that there are different ways of cooking rice to get a different flavor. NOT that onigiri with different fillings were called something different.
