The sushi of the sushi bar were I work is the best ever ate in my life (In Belgium that is)

But Sushi in Japan is better and will be always the best. Tsukuji market here I come!!!!

that's a spicy tuna roll topped w/ a bit of spiracha that's been mixed w/ lemon and sugar
a caterpillar roll w/ too many sesame seeds x.x'''

There's a dragon roll El Krew de Pescado Crudos will have to introduce you to while you are in Dallas for A-Kon.

Sometimes I can eat wasabi without watering it down with soy sauce, but this one had me literally gasping for air. Others were crying, but one of the Krew was just chomping it down and asking for more. Someday I am going to introduce him to cuttlefish roe. Such a pretty pink and so fiery!

Dinner was very good last Saturday after the Asian festivals around town.
(MK's - Bedford, TX) And they serve soju.

But this week has been depressing.
My nearest option from home has gone downhill - no excuse for bad masago.
The nearest to work is excellent, but has a sudden staffing shortage - it took my full lunch hour to an order yesterday. So, I had to get it to go so I could have some of it on the drive back to work and the rest on my afternoon break. If I hadn't been a regular and known how hard they were trying to keep up I would have left angry and hungry.

Oh shoot! This reminds me of all of the piccies I have of all different kinds of sushi that I found on the internet! But I am afraid I have too many of them, like.... 186. They are relatively small, though. I wonder if I can still post them.
