Names in Japanese
 

Hi guys I thought of this thread because you have to introduce yourself when you go to japan so you have to say your name and it´s more polite to say your name in japanese

Example: Petra Meier- Petora Myura

If you know names in your language and in japanese post here or post the name here you want to know maybe some1 will post it^^ (pls use the quotation option to answer to one of these posts that everybody knows which name you have translated)

My name is Farah so i think It will be pronounced as Fara like in english.

haha fara means danger in swedish...

well my nickname is Prissy so id like to know that in japaneese cause thats wat most ppl call me

I can't make the little line to show doubled vowels come up :P .

But, yeah, that reads as "Jiiru Miira".

Mine probly mean mark like on a piece of paper. but I don't know.
