First of all hello!
Well, like the title says, I'd like to know the meaning of these symbols in english.

虎 = tiger

龍 = dragon

精 = spirit

神 = God

拳 = fist

夢 = dream

1.Akuma's symbol is a combination of two symbols written vertically.
= god
= person

So, I guess a "godly person"

2. The 2nd image with the guy I don't know.

羅生門 = Rashoumon (a famous Japanese play)
Individually:

= this kanji has three meanings: 1. to take without leaving anything behind, 2. silk knitting, or 3. to line up.

= life

= gate

I'm guessing if you put it all together, "life stealing gate." I would get a second opinion on this one.
