Open access courses - Centre for Modern Languages - University of Birmingham

Does anyone know of any similar courses to this one? I'm looking for a year-long course of Japanese, access course would be much better tho

Actually I've just signed up to a 1 year part time Japanese night course. Mine is at Bradford University, but I'm pretty sure they will do similar courses to the one you are looking for at Leeds Uni or Manchester Uni.

EDIT: Actually, that one is pretty similar to the one I'm doing. Mine runs for 2 hours per week, [normally costs £178 but because I'm not yet 18, it's free.] And it runs for one year.

A lot of universities will likely have courses that you can do on the side. I know my uni (University of Surrey) had Japanese lessons that could be taken alongside a degree. Of course you would have to be studying a degree there to take it, I think

You can also check out Japanese lessons on my site

Hey, thanks for that link - the flash cards at KanaQuest are pretty neat (wah, I will now polish away my last rust from my katakana knowledge, once and for all).

Would be really sweet with a kanji flash card thingy though!

Actually nevermind... google is my friend.

なんでやねん!
