Er... it takes years to learn Japanese by itself. There's not a person in the entire world who could learn both from the ground up in one month.

You could probably learn the basics in a month if you study hard enough (basic grammar, Hiragana, Katakana)...well, where Japanese is concerned you probably could. Not sure about the German.

I don't see how you could possibly do both, though.
