A simple translation needed - 01-05-2009, 02:12 PM

Gday everyone!

Just joined the forum, my name is Greg which is easy to decipher from the username and I do love Karate (Kyokushin in particular).

Ok, to the point though. Me and my Japanese friend tend to do shots when out clubbing and the thing is I came up with this hilarious (to us) phrase :

"Maiko chan, your power level is over 3000! You can drink it! I believe in you"

My Japanese is not too good and I wanted to ask you for help...in translating this phrase

Thanks in advance (pls include a short explanation so Its not only dry words I learn)

PS. What I managed on my own is - Maiko chan no powaa leveru wa.....(no idea how to say 'over 3000' and then "Kore ni nomu koto ga dekimasu" "Shinjite".....no idea...

and finally... : .....................<------I believe in you... ???

More than 3000 would be:

San zen ijou, or 三千以上

郷に入っては郷に従え

powaa reberu for pronounciation.. though R is more of LRL in Japanese.

I'd of said kore wo (pronouced o), but i could be wrong.

For i believe in you, I'd of said: zettai dekimasu! (you can definitely do it!)

...Gaijinauction, your translations are completely messed up. Why are you helping people translate if you don't know Japanese?

郷に入っては郷に従え
