Hello.

I recently recieved a shirt from a friend of my with an japanese (or chinese?) enscription on it (se picture).

Could anyone please translate it for me?

Doesn't mean anything, just a bunch of random characters clearly put together by someone who has no idea what he/she is doing.

謹賀新年などと共に、年賀状の挨拶に使われる文言。
it is used for new year greeting the same as happy new year.
えんしん means everything proceed smoothly
