My money is on #1. Learning a language requires review time on your own.
Yeah thanks for the harsh words so i guess I'll say I'm (2). Ok so i just downloaded the anki program so what do you recommend downloading on anki?

I don't care what people say anymore. Your opinions no longer matter to me. No matter what i say no one cares they just keep going.

I wouldn't recomend downloading anything on anki.
Just make your own cards for what you want to remember.

If you haven't watched them yet, these screencasts are quite useful:
Anki - friendly, intelligent flashcards

He is using an older version but the same principles apply.

I said "make flashcards," not "download someone else's." The process of making flashcards is a learning opportunity in and of itself. You're only initially learning about 10 or so particles; you don't need someone else's help.

I recommend just adding cards like
FRONT: の, BACK: Possession, 's, links two nouns, soft sentence ender

And then add cards with sample sentences with particles missing
FRONT: たくやくん○トマト○好きだ。
BACK: は;が

I've only ever used one pre-made Anki deck, and it was decent but I noticed errors. If you're as weak with the language as you claim, you cannot afford to have someone else's errors teaching you incorrectly. Make your own cards.

And it looks more and more like you're #1, not #2.

Also, recall millions of people under the age of 10 speak Japanese quite well. It's unlikely you are too dumb.
