Hi guys I'm back and I got 2 more dialogues to work on. Thanks again for helping be with my first one I feel much more confident now that I can spot some of my grammatical mistakes.

For the next two the situations, it will be where company employees are exchanging business cards and the other where employees are confirming meeting schedules, respectively.

Again, I'm simply looking for the accuracy of the sentence, any grammar mistakes, wrong vocab used etc, as well as possible suggestions for improvements. Thanks!

I am particularly having difficult creating sentences for the second dialogue piece so I'm going to emphasize more on trying to get that correct as possible. Which is also why I haven't completed the hiragana portion of it.
