Learning Japanese languages... how is it?

Meh I don't have money at the moment to make a full immigration and I really don't know this language (very very few, just some words and maybe 10 signs lol)

Then I'm not really an addict of books, but why not... if I find a book who interest me... (but how do I read if I don't understand xD... mwell anyway...)
It looks I can't take courses before June 2011, so I'll maybe start myself to involve me...

I am still practicing Japanese language, my tools are just books, cd's and online materials.
Are there any other that you could suggest?
I've been working on practicing it online, searching for translations and articles about Japanese language.
