Need Help reading Japanese on online PS2 Game

If I'm reading it correctly, you're banned from the game for 10 days for using some kind of network mode. The pertinent part says:

Now I have no idea what rebuilt mode or network mode are.

The choices at the bottom are something like
"I hope to ？？" the kanji are difficult to read due to fuzziness, something about understanding
"I do not understand"
"Log out"

No, I downloaded a english patch for the game, and patched it to its file, and burned it, and I'm using swap magic to play the Japanese game....so if you guys can translate this part for me, then I can play the game in English.

Asking forum members to translate an ENTIRE GAME for you is completely ridiculous. There's an entire industry devoted to that populated by highly-trained and (more importantly) highly-PAID individuals if you're unaware.

So unless you're willing to pay quite a lot of money to people on a forum to play a game that (as Kyle Goetz pointed out) you've been banned from, I'd stop asking.

That's a good thing to know. I was just going on the perception the OP wanted the entire game translated for him.
