please, can you help me to write this in japanese? - 03-10-2011, 05:35 PM

Please can you help me to formulate this question in japanese?

"Hello, thank you for this wonderful opportunity to watch the TV broadcasting show".

I would like to ask what is the title of your favorite Classical music of all the time, please? (I remember once I read you mentioned a beautiful one (classical music), but
I don't remember the title anymore) Classical music is the root/'mother' of all the music.
Thank you so much for today and good luck for everything."

I can translate japanese to english, but not the contrary...
I need to ask this:

I would like to ask to xxxx san, what is the title of your favorite Classical music of all the time, please? (I remember once I read you mentioned a beautiful one (classical music), but
I don't remember the title anymore) Classical music is the root/'mother' of all the music.
Thank you so much for today and good luck for everything."
Caveat: I can't write Japanese for crap. I'm much better at reading, speaking in real conversations, and listening. I really should start spending time in the Japanese Chat thread.

But maybe something along the lines of:

I would have rather left this sort of thing up to the natives and very advanced speakers, but they may all have more pressing concerns since their country had a bad earthquake less than 24 hours ago.

Thank you but, pardon? I don't understand right.... who is "Caveat"? And
what it's the 'crap'? You mean my japanese question about classical music?

I think that this is not nice then.

I know of earthquake in Japan, and I 'm not asking this to japanese people. I just thought that here I could find americans-other countries people who know japanese better than mine to help to write a thing that it's not crap if you mean my question.

He didn't say your Japanese was crap, he said he can't write Japanese for crap as in he's not a professional at Japanese writing.

You're welcome. I can guarantee what I wrote is intelligible; I can't guarantee it's correct.
