I don't think that clip is from a movie. The only movies Yuusuke Izaki has been in are Debiruman and Kurozu Zero.

I did a quick search on the internet for Japanese Dramas that he has been in. It could be Nozokiya.

Have you seen Tomica Hero Rescue Force? Both, Yuusuke Izaki and Izaki Hisato star in it.

I was tired and feeling lazy, so I copied Yusuke Izaki's name from whichever website I found Nozokiya on. His name was spelt "Yuusuke Izaki".

It's been a while since I watched Debiruman. I'm not sure who was Devil Man, and who was Satan.
