Basically, this is a great band that split up years ago going back on tour, correct? Or am I mistaken?

If I'm not mistaken the biggest band, or used to be, that had split. To add onto that, their widely loved guitarist, hide, died which sent many of the members and Japan into depression (two people killed themselves and another 2 tried to commit suicide).

Now after around 8-10 years of hiatus and solo careers and other bands, they have finely come together again to make another single and have one more final tour (Hopefully not) in Paris.

It's going to be the highlight of my life.

They also announced a Best-of (two I think...) some months ago.

Would be awesome if they released a whole new studio album...

Yoshiki did say something about a "new" album. That would mean all new music without hide.

Although, if it's anything like I.V. we can expect Sugizo to fill in.

YEa well I'm sure he'll play with them for the tour (hopefully not just on I.V.), and tbh I really want him to become their full time guitarist.

I'd expect there to be a demo of a new song at one of the concerts.... kind of like how they did Longing at the 1994 concerts...

THe English Best Of would be REALLY limited, which led people to believe that he might have re-written some of their songs in English, as highly-unlikely as is... Also, we weren't sure if it was an English-songs best of, or an Engliosh release.... most likely English-song, but I would love to see an official album in stores in the states!!!!!

THe English Best Of would be REALLY limited, which led people to believe that he might have re-written some of their songs in English, as highly-unlikely as is... Also, we weren't sure if it was an English-songs best of, or an Engliosh release.... most likely English-song, but I would love to see an official album in stores in the states!!!!!
