I's been indeed a great year for gaming, but unfortunately I didn't like many of the "great" games out this year. I don't personally like action games and first-person shooters, so I'll never say that Bioshock, Call of duty 4, Gears of war or Halo 3 are the best games of 2007.

I think the best games of 2007 are Hotel Dusk Room 215, Subarashiki Kono Sekai, Gran turismo 5 prologue and Super Mario Galaxy.

i read anywhere on internet (i was searchin with my friend on internet "Best game of the year") and i wrotes : Metal Gear Solid 4 : Guns of the Patriots , but in game magazine's i read : 1st : Super Mario Galaxy , 2nd Halo 3 , 3rd MGS 4 ^_~

but i think it will be MGS 4 because everybody talks about it on my forum

Even though the offical release date was October 31, 2006, I have to say Final Fantasy XII, since it didn't seem to grab everyones attention till this year. But if I have to chose a game that came out this year I would say Persona 3.
