No, instead we seem to have someone who is just like him in terms of looks and probably abilities.

I don't own a PS3 or a X360 (and I don't like the idea of playing this on PC) so I guess I'll have to try and coax a friend w/ either of those consoles to buy the game and invite me over :P

you do get to play as dante for 1/3 or 1/4 of the game. Looks sweet!

The new character's name is Nero. You will be playing as both him and Dante during the game.

This DMC looks amazing, incredible graphics with new moves and abilities. Looks like a very good evolution since DMC3 came out.

My bro and I have been waiting for this for a long time now. He already pre-ordered the game, and he is going to pick up a PS3 to play it. ^_^


PS. Not sure if any of you notice, but it would appear that Vergil's Katana acts as some sort of Key to the Demonic World. This assumption is merely speculation.

just finished playing the demo for the 5th time,
neros trigger sword abillity is quite fun specially wen u fight berlio (the fire demon prob got the name wrong tho ^^")

can't wait for the full game
getting the special edition even tho theres not much point haha

anyway amazing game so far even for the demo,
9/10 on looks (got buggy on me at one point)
10/10 on the fighting, new features with the devil arm which add some fun swinging ur enemies around xD
10/10 on gameplay
so all in all THIS GAME IS AMAZIN!"

Even though I don't have a Ps3 yet I really want to play it. It looks amazing. And I found out that you play for Nero for half of the game and Dante the other half.
