I can't really make a list because I love the great majority of the stuff I've played, or have watched others play. My favorite of all time thus far is Grandia II, but Shadow of the Colossus is gripping it by the ankles...

These are in no particular order as it's too hard to order them.

1. Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando
2. Shadow of the Colossus
3. Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter
4. Tales of Symphonia (GC)
5. Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (GC)
6. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
7. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
8. Kingdom Hearts
9. Dark Cloud 2
10. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

There's so many others that I like but those are definitely in the top. I absolutely love all the Ratchet & Clank games minus the first one but Going Commando was my fav. so I figured I'd only list that one. Up Your Arsenal is my second fav. R&C game though.

2. Super smash brothers (love every new release even more)
3. Marvel vs. Capcom 2
4. Skies of Arcadia
5. Star wars: Knights of the old republic (Nice gameplay, best story evar!!!!)
6. Black (Awesome FPS, love the cinematic feel about it but a great game overall)
7. World of Warcraft (Don't play anymore, but was good while it lasted)
8. Pokémon (Nothing like the classics for simplicity but I feel a craving to play the new ones once in a while)
9. The Legend of Zelda: A link to the past
10. Contra
11. Resident evil: Code Veronica (The best Resident IMO)
