I was going to say the Fashion but I didn't like the word "outrageous" so I chose A Place in Tokyo which would have been my first answer if I didn't see the fashion one

Is Harajuku fashion not outrageous? Isn't that part of the point?

To me, Harajuku is the destination of my long weeked afternoon walks. It takes exactly one hour to go there from my home. I can get there in just ten minutes if I take the train, though.

The growing number of foreign tourists I see in Harajuku keeps amazing me. I was surrounded by about 80 Italians there a few weeks ago. I felt like a foreigner in my own country.
