Not if you are three years younger than your classmates. In Japan there is no such thing as skipping a grade or being held back, so if you are 15, you are a sophomore, 16 a junior, and 17, a senior. No exceptions. Your classmates would be uncomfortable with a "kid" sharing the class with them, very possibly.

but if i dont skip grades could i do the high school exchange? Any good agencies that are cheap?
