Arigato Nyo-Senpai!! I'm still learning. I'll check out what my school says. But i think it might be best to wait till college. Considering the fact that I'm a slow learner.

Hello Nyororin. My name is John. I'm seeking information on moving to Japan and starting a life there. I started a topic titled "Seeking advice" a few days ago and have gotten much responses. I however, have many, many questions I'd like to ask someone like yourself. I was wondering, do you happen to use an instant messenger? I use MSN. I'm trying to develop a friend circle with members here. If you do use an instant messenger, please get back to me.

My thread titled "Seeking advice" sums up my situation and what I've asked already/am still seeking advice on.

Hello from Norway... - 09-16-2007, 10:35 PM

I,m 37... and I would like to move to Japan. I visited Tokyo a few weeks ago with my 10 year old son and we really enjoyed staying there. My son started learning Japanese words a couple of months ago and is interested in Japanese living and culture. My question to you is, how difficult is it to learn Japanese for me and find a job?

Hi I live in Aus and I want to work in Japan next year, the things I find most difficult to understand while checking up online are

I don't get the currency rate, how much money do you need to earn to be comfortable?
I don't know which city I want to live in, how do you choose when you can't tell one from another (although I haven't been researchin very hard...)?
I want to work somewhere easy.. is that possible? I don't have a degree.

It's great of you to volunteer ur knowledge and experience to hopefull travellers, I hope ur havin a great life in JP.

you don't have a degree?? its going to next to impossible for you to get a working visa.. so unless you get to marry a Japanese national... you can't get a working visa..

the money to live comfortable depends upon which city you are going to be in...
