Thank you for all of you who sent us letters. - 07-13-2008, 01:40 PM

Hello, genki desuka, minasan?

Thank you very much for your letters and all.

Now my students have been working on it, reading your letters & writing their letters.

For them, it's not easy to read English,

so please give them some time!

If you would like to know if your letter arrived or not,
please pm me with your real name and your JF name.

Now we have about 30 people, so it's hard for me to
figure out who(JF names) is who(real names).

and once your letter arrived, I will give it to the kid and her/his mother,
and it's going to be up to them how long it would take to write back.

Since they don't understand much English,it will take time.
So your patience will be appreciated.

If you haven't sent your letters, please make sure that

to write simple and clear English: otherwise they can't understand,
to write neatly! :We have a few letters which really hard to read their hand writing and none of the kids want to try to read it...,
to include your picture(photo).

Good luck!

kylie Mole Rules I miss her !!!!

We have many Japanese kids who would love to have
penpals from all over the world.

If you are interested, please
pm me first and tell me a bit about you.

then I will give you our snail mail address,
then start writing!

At the moment I received more than 15 pms but
received actual letters just 2 of them.

so you still have chance to get Japanese penpals!

We really think this is a very good way to learn the languages
and the culture, so we want only people who can actually
write to us.

just exchanging emails is the easiest way, but
not the best way sometimes.
It's very easy to get bored!Don't you think?

Exchanging actual letters with photos, some little gifts...
are more personal and funner!

Imagine when you find an airmail in your mailbox?

I got really excited when I got a letter from Australia for the first time!
That's the reason why I went to Australia to study English 3 years later.

and also...
If you are a student, please ask your parents if it's OK to join this penpal thing.
because you need some postal stamps for sending letters overseas.
