Looking for Japanese Friends!

Hey, I'm a 16 year old boy from Norway looking for some Japanese friends! Now, this might not be the ideal place to look, but thus far my google searches have gone down the drain, as EVERYTHING that appears involves the word "dating"! I just want a friend, I just wanna learn Japanese, I just wanna learn about the culture without having to look at wikipedia. I am also in the future planning to study / and / or live in Tokyo!

This was short, I realize that, but I'm going out to play sand volley ball, just wanted to post this with the hopes that someone will reply when I get back ^^
