Looking for a Japanese friend.

Hello everyone!
I am a Belgian student and for a while now I've been looking for a Japanese friend. The reason why I want a Japanese friend is because I want to learn the Japanese language and I want to know about the Japanese culture. I've been trying to learn Japanese by myself but I think it would be way easier to talk Japanese with a real Japanese person.
I practice Iaido here in Belgium so I have great interests in the Japanese rituals and historie. I also watch a lot of anime and read a lot of manga.
I hope I can find a real friend here who I can have a good bond with
